• Italian, English speaking staff that will fulfill your needs at any time, in addition to receiving you, describing and recommending all services for your vacation.
• Air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV
• Coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cups, place mats, pots for 4 people.
• Washing machine and dishwasher, hairdryer
• Baby crib
• Water, electricity and gas (heating excluded)
• Pets allowed with tag (max 1)
• Large garage and private parking.

PAID EXTRAS

 

• Heating costs € 19.00 per day (if used)
• Cleaning costs and supply of sheets and towels € 90.00 for 4 people
  (double bed with 2 single duvets and relative duvet covers + bath towels / hand towels and carpet for 4 people)
• Tourist tax € 1.00 (per person per day) excluding children 0 - 14 years
• Deposit cash € 500.00

PAYMENTS

• 30% at reservation (non-refundable deposit);
• Balance 14 days before arrival

Bank transfer, credit card, cash,  etc.

 

REFUNDS

You can change or cancel your reservation, or part thereof, up to 14 days before arrival.
After that period in case of cancellation, modification or no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of its confirmation.
You can no longer change or cancel your reservation.
In case of cancellation, modification or no shows, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
